Be Activated enhances performance and recovery as well as helps manage everyday stress by locating patterns that aren’t functioning correctly in the body. Activating them influences the muscles and soft tissues, normalizing the electric flow in the neural system to the right places. This allows the body to fire and rebalance the systems that encourage correct sequencing and support. As the body’s capacity to perform increases, the risk of injury decreases.
